We have an incredibly motivated team of family oriented individuals, all of whom are upstanding in character, and active in their communities and families. On a daily basis they strive to grow and continue our mission of providing humanitarian support for people in need. Each of our board and team members use their strengths and abilities to help expand our programs and to ensure sustainability for years to come. Their integrity is represented in this foundation as they strive to make honesty, selflessness, and compassion their main objectives.

Jeffrey Biscoe
President and Executive Director
Jeffrey Biscoe is Bird of Pray Foundation's President & Executive Director. Prior to founding this Foundation, Jeffrey has owned and operated several small businesses in Montana. He brings his experience in business to provide strategic guidance for the Foundation. With a vision of uplifting and a heart for helping, Jeffrey directs the organization with calm leadership and tireless dedication toward fulfilling the purpose of serving and strengthening others. He sees the hardship and struggles of life not as burdens, but as opportunities to grow. He continues to find innovative ways to reach out and uplift the disadvantaged through various programs. He also works to develop relationships with other organizations, creating a network of partnerships for our local nonprofit community. Compassion is the guiding force behind everything he undertakes. Jeffrey resides in Billings, Montana with his wife and 3 children.

Alexa Donohue, BA
Reach Out and Read Program Director
Alexa Donohue is Bird of Pray Foundation’s Reach Out and Read program director and an elementary school teacher. She graduated in 2018 from Rocky Mountain College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and has been involved in working with kids in various capacities since high school. She uses her own love of reading to develop a love of literacy in her students, while also channeling this passion into the Reach Out and Read program to help provide widespread access to books. She knows the positive impact books can have on kids and adults alike and strives to bring this impact to others through the curating of locally run free book houses, through the authorship and production of books, and through the sharing of stories. Alexa lives in Billings, Montana where she spends her time teaching, reading (of course), and planning travels in order to discover even more stories.
